a letter from lady sf...

To My Dearest Clientele...

I want to thank you for taking the time to tell us your favorite things about Savoir-Faire.  The results of this contest were simply overwhelming in so many wonderful ways.  I understand the $500 shopping extravaganza is quite the selling point... but each of your kind words struck me in more ways than I can explain.

As the owner creator of Savoir-Faire, my mission is to bring you unique style at an affordable price.  More importantly, the way you are treated in my store means more to me than it does to you.  I want you to feel welcome, special, and comfortable while shopping, trying different looks, and even asking for opinions.  While this is my vision - my precious staff couldn't make me more proud by seeing it too.

When planning Savoir-Faire, I focused strongly on creating an experience for shoppers.  From the lamps to the door knob hooks to the vintage bulbs - the "feel" of SF is truly a treasure in my eyes.  Your sweet response on the decor and feel of the store sincerely warms my heart.  It means - it's working.  My vision was put to life and stays alive thanks to you.

Savoir-Faire was a twinkle in my eye this time last year and is more than what I expected it would ever be in this short time.  I cannot express my gratitude to each and everyone of you enough.  Thank you for your involvement in this contest - more importantly, thank you for loving SF.  It's still just the beginning...

Tess Labeth
